- Leper women – Leper a sexually transmitted diseases was the worst epidemic which was spread in India in the 4th century. Vatsyayana says a leper cannot be the one who you can lay in bed with and enjoy some romantic moments.
- A stinking women – Kama Sutra forbids sexual intercourse with women who smell bad. Even in normal condition, no man would like to make love to a bad smelling woman.
- A nun – a woman who leads a life style where she prevents herself from all kinds of worldly pleasure is called a nun. Kama sutra asks men to stay away from those women.

- The women who reveal secrets – Kama Sutra lays stress not to make love to a woman who you might think may reveal your secrets. These women are dangerous. You must stay far away from them as they might just ruin your life. Kama sutra has been very practical when dealing with these problems.
- The Kama sutra prevents man from engaging in sexual intercourse with extremely fair or extremely dark women for various practical reasons. The jet black and the milky white is a big no.
- A female friend – if you have a female friend/s, sex is a big no with her. Sex with her is wrong on moral grounds.
