Now it’s almost seven months since Anna Nicole Smith died under mysterious circumstances on February 8, 2007. But still every now and then there have been many legal battles arisen related with the deceased star.

The latest buzz is that there are nude pictures of Anna Nicole that were taken at the time when she ‘overdosed’ and passed away at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Hollyscoop maintains that they have actually spoken to the person who has seen Anna Nicole pics taken the day she died and show her naked covered with own vomit.
Hollyscoop also reports that the pics would be sold to the highest bidder that means the pics would probably see the light of the day when someone coughs up enough money for it.
The eyewitness to the pic said:
She is lying dead in her bed naked with vomit all over her face.
It is also being believed that the pic would have been captured the day when Anna Nicole Smith was in the Bahamas during a previous overdose.
The 39-year-old playboy model died as she choked on her own vomit, which led to her death. Someone present with her on the fateful night must have taken undue advantage of her and would have clicked her.
Earlier in August 2007, a Superior Court Judge blocked Nicole Smith’s controversial tape in which she was shown undergoing a breast augmentation surgery. The tape was recorded in 1994 by surgeon Gerald Wayne Johnson while he performed surgery on Anna.
