The answer to this question is, obviously, yes. After extensive research, it has been seen that men and woman who both help each other in their household chores have a satisfying and a fulfilling sex life. In the USA, after a survey poll taken by 4500 married couples, it was found that woman who did the cleaning of the house, cooking and shopping and man who cleaned the yard, garage and their cars had more active sex lives in comparison to the couples who did not. Gender biasness dies with this act which leads to a healthy sex life. Men and woman should have a mutual understanding between them and do all the chores merrily. This will lead to a good understanding between the two. Julie Brines, associate professor of sociology of Washington University, concluded that the gender still systematizes fairly a bit of on a daily basis life in marriage.
The findings published in the American Sociological Review journal portrayed that couple show did traditional work at home had more number of sex than people who did not. Husbands who helped their wives with the household chores had 1.6 times more sex in a month.
Why is it so?
It was concluded that men who did not want to help their wives in the kitchen, or any other household chores, did not find their wives to be satisfied fully. Author Sabino Kornrich said that this also lead to marital conflicts because the whole household burden fell on the wives themselves. The data collected in the recent years have changed from previous data. Now there are more husbands who are helping out their wives to perform household chores like shopping, cleaning the back yards, washing the utensils etc.
Marriage is not what it was 30 years back. Now husbands have an equal participation in household chores. Working together would definitely increase the bonding between couples. Gender identity is not as biased as it was in the previous times. A woman would not mind helping a man clean his car and at the same time man would not mind washing the dishes. Household chores is one of the primary aspects of sharing a life together and mutual understanding in these would definitely help in having a better sex life as well. So men who would like to have a spiced up sex life better perk up and help their wives at the kitchen!
