A recent study has proved that vegetarians have a better sex life than non-vegetarians. According to PETA, if you can cut off meat and fish from your food list, you could really boost up your sexual stamina. PETA further avers that meat and fish makes you fat, which causes heart problems and makes you tired in the bed. They have also added that vegetarians are slimmer and fitter than meat eaters. On the other hands, there are some good vegetables and fruits which could bring you more satisfaction if have them regularly. Now by satisfaction we mean satisfaction for normal regular sex, if you think that having veggies will turn you into some super human stud with an extra human potential, then we must say you are taking the things otherwise.
The feedback that so far collected
The research results say that the hormone known as phytoestrogens is found in plants and wild primates. The phytoestrogens was tested on some red carobs monkeys in Uganda; the test was conducted for couple of month to record aggression, physical attributes and hormonal changes. The researchers found the male monkey who ate more plants containing phytoestrogens spent more time in sex and lesser in grooming. They also said that human will have similar effects. So that simply proves veggies do increase sexual power.
Effective veggies to boost up sex
Oat milk and other grain food in morning breakfast increases the amount of testosterone in bloodstream and it also keeps one healthy. The Oats are packed with L-arginine, an amino acid, which with the help of nitric oxide, reduces the stiffness of blood vessels. This amino acid has been used to treat erection problems, because it’s very helpful to relax muscles around the penis. So that way, when penis expands, blood flow increases and one can keep erection for longer period of time. Spinach and other green leafy vegetables contain magnesium which according to some Japanese researcher is foliate and is crucial for the manhood because it reduces homocysteine in blood level.
The other leafy vegetable which contains foliate are cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, kale, Swiss chard, and bokchoy. Grapefruits, peaches and oranges contain vitamin C which is great for your sexual life, as per a research done in University of Texas Medical Branch reported that having 2000 milligram of vitamin C increases sperm count. It was also noticed that the quality of sperm was better than it was before. So eating vegetable and having a vegetarian diet could do miracles to your sex life.
