Here’s good news for the gay community. Donald Trump’s favorite babe and their arch enemy has finally lost her crown. Yes, Carrie Prejean was stripped of her Miss California title today because of continued breach of contract. It’s sad that it was Trump himself who gave the final OK to fire her.

FOXNews.com reports that the controversial beauty queen failed to keep up the terms of her contract with K2 Productions, the independent producers of the Miss California USA pageant, under license from Miss Universe. Keith Lewis, executive director of K2 Productions, said in a press release,
This was a decision based solely on contract violations. After our press conference in New York we had hoped we would be able to forge a better working relationship. However, since that time it has become abundantly clear that Carrie has no desire to fulfill her obligations under our contract and work together.
It seems that Carrie was carrying a curse on her back ever since she was crowned Miss California. First she got bowled by a silly question about gay marriage by Perez Hilton (one of the judges) at the Miss USA pageant and then her nude pics scandal caused quite a stir. Though she survived the scandal and saved her crown because of Trump’s positive interference, she lost it again today due to her own folly.
I think Carrie herself is responsible for this disgraceful exit. After all, there are certain responsibilities and obligations that come with the crown. And you just can’t enjoy the benefits and ignore the responsibilities.
It’s time for all gay people to celebrate!!
